1 Give it a ROLE first

Instead of: "Write an email". Say: "You are a senior HR manager at an IT company. Write a polite rejection email to a candidate who interviewed last week." The role gives context that dramatically improves output quality.

2 Use the CONTEXT + TASK + FORMAT formula

Context: "I am a training manager at a 500-person IT company." Task: "Write a proposal for a 2-day AI training program." Format: "Present it as bullet points under: Objectives, Agenda, Expected Outcomes, Investment."

3 Ask for Multiple Options

Add "Give me 5 different versions" or "Provide 3 alternative approaches." Then choose the best one. Never settle for the first output.

4 Use "Act as" for Expertise

"Act as a Silicon India award-winning corporate trainer with 16 years of SAP and AI experience. Review my LinkedIn post and suggest improvements."

5 Iterate with Follow-up Instructions

After getting a response say: "Make it 30% shorter", "Add a real-world example", "Make it more formal", "Add bullet points", "Translate to Telugu". Each instruction refines the output.

6 Summarize Long Documents

Paste any document and say: "Summarize this in 5 bullet points for a busy executive." Or: "What are the top 3 action items from this document?"

7 Generate Structured Content

"Create a table with 5 rows comparing SAP ECC security vs SAP S/4HANA security across columns: Feature, ECC Approach, S/4HANA Approach, Key Difference."

8 Use Chain-of-Thought for Complex Tasks

Add "Think step by step" before your question. This forces ChatGPT to reason through the problem systematically instead of jumping to a conclusion.

9 Brainstorm at Scale

"Give me 20 LinkedIn post ideas about corporate training that will get high engagement from HR managers in India. Include the hook for each post."

10 Proofread and Improve

"Review this email for: 1) Grammar errors 2) Clarity 3) Professional tone 4) Any missing information. List all issues and provide a corrected version."

"Provide 3 statistics about AI adoption in Indian corporates. Include the original source for each statistic so I can verify." Always verify important facts independently.

15 Use Voice Input (Mobile)
